Absence and Holiday Management

The Absence and Holiday Management tool helps employees manage requests for out of office days. Team members post days they will be unavailable and can use the system to assign their responsibilities to others during those days. The application helps team leaders manage requests for holidays and provides dashboards showing which users are signed up for a set of responsibilities.

Holiday requests are emailed to the responsible people / team leaders when a request is generated on the system. Requests can be acknowledged and either approved or rejected.

Holiday and Absence days are plotted on a 'holiday' calendar for everyone to access which makes it simple when planning or booking time off.

The system allows reports to be produced for total sick days, number of days taken etc.
