Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Sage Line 50 Integration
Fusion CRM can integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Sage Line 50. Our two-way integration allows you to exploit the full sales cycle within CRM. A sales order or product invoice is automatically created in Sage each time an order is raised by the customer and uploaded from CRM together with new customer records.
New customers, products and invoices are automatically copied from Sage into CRM eliminating the need to key in information twice. The account balance and credit limit are updated against the CRM customer record and the full invoice history can be uploaded so that you can create reports and marketing lists according to the product purchasing history of your customers.
